The City of Lake Lotawana Government is operated by the Elected Mayor, the Elected Board of Aldermen, City Administrator and Police Department.
The following information is to be provided by all persons interested in providing comments during a meeting or public hearing. Please print legibly and submit this form to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. When your name is called, please come to the front of the room, state your name, and address for the record and then begin speaking.
You are respectfully asked to hold your comments to three (3) minutes or less for individuals and to ten (10) minutes or less for a group.

Want to see how your local government works ? You are always invited to come to a Board of Aldermen Meeting or Work Session. Generally the Board of Aldermen have a work session on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. The Board of Aldermen Meeting is the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held inside City Hall in the Council Chambers.
