Section 100.030 – Contents of Code

This Code contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature of the City of Lake Lotawana, Missouri, and includes ordinances dealing with municipal administration, municipal elections, building and property regulation, business and occupations, health and sanitation, public order, and similar objects.
 
The updated Code contains all ordinances supplied by the Municipality through Ordinance No. 918 adopted August 17, 2010.  Please note that ordinances approved by the Municipality since the date stated above are not included in this format.  Therefore, some sections of the codification may have changed.  This publication is available for informational purposes only and no action should be taken without first consulting with Municipal Officials.
